Juniper Crescent and Gilbeys Yard

Communities First have been appointed to provide independent advice to residents on regeneration proposals for Gilbeys Yard and Juniper Crescent. We have many years of experience in providing independent advice to residents on similar regeneration projects in London and the South East.

Our role is to provide free independent and confidential advice in order to help you understand the options, answer your questions and help you to feedback your views. We also provide support and advice to the Residents Steering Group working with One Housing and their partners.

We are now able to offer Home Visits again or meet with you locally but can also still arrange Zoom or WhatsApp conversations for one to one or small group meetings.
