Communities First are working with tenants and leaseholders as an Independent Advisor on the ongoing regeneration of the area. We facilitate and organise the Tenants Steering Group which meets on a quarterly basis, as well as advising tenants and leaseholders on rehousing and buyback queries (including their rights).

We are able to offer Home Visits or meet with you locally but can also arrange Zoom or WhatsApp conversations for 1:1 or small group conversations. In addition, we can accompany residents to meetings with Council and Housing Officers or viewings.

We are also currently holding quarterly Tenant Steering Group meetings online. The next Resident Steering Group meeting is on Wednesday 2nd December 2026 at 6pm on Zoom.
