1.Welcome to Selhurst Community Academy, a transformative space designed to empower marginalised young people through coaching & leadership development, creative & digital skills, and sports. Our mission is to create opportunities for those with the fewest, fostering growth, confidence, and success in a supportive and inclusive environment.

2.Coaching & Leadership Development
For young people passionate about coaching, our programmes provide the tools and experience needed to become future leaders. Through hands-on learning, participants gain expertise in coaching methodologies, leadership skills, and effective communication, preparing them to inspire the next generation.

3.Digital Skills and Climate Change Training Courses

Skills & Sustainability Programme

We deliver practical skills and awareness programmes designed to support personal development, employability, and positive community impact.

Digital Skills Training (Sayna)

Delivered weekly, this programme supports participants to develop skills in coding, design, and the use of digital tools. Sessions are designed to build confidence, improve digital literacy, and create pathways into employment and the digital economy.

Sustainability & Climate Change Education (Communities First)

Delivered on an ongoing, as-needed basis, these workshops focus on sustainability, environmental awareness, and practical actions individuals can take to support more sustainable communities.

Participants: 50 individuals
Who it’s for: Refugees, asylum-seekers, and individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds


4.Football Excellence & Personal Growth
Our football programmes focus on skill development, teamwork, and discipline, allowing young people to train under experienced coaches in top-tier facilities. More than just improving technique, we build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging—both on and off the pitch.

5.Empowering Marginalised Young People
At the heart of Selhurst Community Academy is a commitment to breaking barriers. Through education, skill-building, and sport, we provide pathways for young people to achieve their full potential.

6.An Open & Accessible Community Hub
Operating on weekday evenings and weekends, our academy offers classroom-based learning, creative workshops, dance, and football sessions, ensuring accessibility for all. More than just a place for education, the academy is a community—where support, mentorship, and personal development thrive.
